We are a non profit Licensed Child Placing Agency is headquatered in Harris County, Texas. Our desire is to connect infants and school aged children with families who wish to adopt. We believe that every child deserves to have stability and permanence in their life and for that reason we thoroughly screen all of our adoption and foster applicants.

We offer Private adoption, State adoption, Foster to Adopt, Private Foster Care, Interstate Compact Services, Home Studies for international adoption, Parenting Classes, Birth Parent Counseling, Notary Services, Birth Parent Referral and assistance and Training.

To become an adoptive or foster parents you must attend an informational class to determine your eligibility. If you meet the requirements and you are feel this is right for you, you will then be given information and training to equip you with the necessary knowledge and confidence to prepare you for your endeavor into parenting a foster or adoptive child.
