ROLAA
provides various services that are tailored to each individual client or child's
needs and they help us enhance our assistance capabilities to all our clients.
ROLAA is determined in its pursuit of the three main qualities we demand for
our clients and children, and this determination can be highlighted through
our programs which are:.
OUR PROGRAM:
Infant Adoption - ROLAA places children from throughout the state of Texas. ROLAA will also work with families from out of state who have has a home study completed in their home state by a licensed child placing agency. ROLAA does not have an international adoption program, but can assist local families with the home study assessment and background checks. Applicants for the infants Adoption Program are accepted during the spring and fall each year.. Applicants are assessed and if the criteria are met they (individuals & couples) will be allowed into the program. If applicants do not meet the eligible requirements their application will be kept on file for one year.
Foster to Adopt - Rainbow of love Adoption Agency, inc. (ROLAA) Believes that every child deserves to have a family to call their own and families that are capable and ready for parenting should be blessed with a child. We understand that children from TDFPS need permanence and it is not in their best interest to be moved from foster home to foster home. For that reason, our foster to adopt program is geared towards families who would like to start off fostering and with the intention of adopting at a later date. Our foster program is open to family interested only in foster care both short term and long term. Applicants for this program are accepted year round.
TDFPS Adoption - The Children placed through TDFPS range from infants to teenagers. They may be preschool or school age and may have siblings. They may be physically, emotionally, or mentally challenged and/or they might be from a minority culture. Some of these children are physically or emotionally challenged due to circumstances inflicted upon them by others and they need someone to help them turn thier lives around. Applicants for this program are accepted year round.
Foster Care - For families who would like to provide love, support and safety to children without a lifetime commitment, our foster care program is ideal. We offer basic as well as therapeutic private foster care. ROLAA provides continuous training for foster parents including CPR/ First Aid at no cost. Reimbursements rates are competitive and annual respite is provided. Applicants for this program are accepted year round.
